Amy Suto

Amy is a yoga teacher and professional writer who is passionate about intertwining the magic of storytelling and mindful movement. Her Yoga for Writers and Creatives classes focus on combining visualization, meditation, and other creative techniques with the yoga practice to spark inspiration and bring about a state of calm and clarity. As someone who types for a living, every class of hers also has a mobility component focusing on reducing wrist and back pain common for writers and people who sit at desks all day. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Training under the direction of Christine West and Emily Lowry at Yogaraj. She believes that everyone is creative — and everyone can benefit from reconnecting to that inner creative self through yoga and art. In her writing life, she most recently co-wrote an episode of the spy show, CONDOR, and runs the creative publication Kingdom of Pavement. She loves coffee and making new friends, so feel free to reach out to her with any questions, coffeeshop recommendations, or hot takes on new TV shows.
