Jennifer guides you to dig deep and release past traumas and negative thought patterns. This is a therapeutic experience teaching you how to breathe and quiet your mind. This environment is sacred, safe, and non-judgmental. All are welcome. Jennifer use 432hz crystal singing bowls, universal healing symphonic gong, Tibetan bowls, and more.

What to bring:

  • yoga mat, pillow, blanket

About Jennifer:

Jennifer Franklin is a Spiritual Teacher, Sound Healer, and Breathwork facilitator based in Los Angeles. She uses Family Theories, Human Development, and Psychology in her approach to help individuals, families, and communities. Jennifer is also a expert in grief and loss. She has over 10 years of hands on experience in communities all over the Los Angeles County. Jennifer has a deepened understanding of self-care practices, behavior change, and esteem building. Her mission is to help families and communities heal from the inside out.

She received a Masters of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with Distinction. She also has a bachelors of Science in Community Health Education and School Health Education.
