Ahava Yoga with Yogiji

Ahava Yoga is vinyasa based practice that integrates traditional Hatha postures with specific actions (kriyas), breathing (pranayama), internal locks (bandas) and meditation (dhyana) to create a mindfully holistic approach to practice. The practice is a moderately paced flow to build heat, strength and flexibility.
