All Levels Yoga for Anxiety with Lisa

Break a sweat as you calm the mind in this Hatha practice of combined yoga styles that focuses on proper alignment while connecting the mind, body, and breath. Attention to the physical postures combined with mindful themes including presence, balance, and self-compassion, we'll work towards bringing peace to our anxious energies. A soundtrack of energizing beats sets the vibe, and you’ll develop strength, balance, and flexibility through a well-rounded sequence of postures that can be customized for you and your practice through the option to incorporate props. A small selection of blankets, straps and blocks is available but feel free to bring your own. All experience levels are welcome!
